Dish: Chowmin without souse

2 cup-boiled chow
2 onions chopped
1 potato chopped
4 green childish chopped
2 tsp oil
2 table spoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Take one pan on fire and put oil in it. Than add chopped green chili and than onion and potato. Fry them and than add chow, salt, pepper, lemon juice. Mix them nicely. Serve your healty, delicious, Chowmin hot.

Dish: Curd onion sandwich

One cup -curd
2  -chopped onions
1packet-Brown bread
2tsp-chopped coriander leave
1tsp-chopped green chilly
Pepper and salt as your test
1tsp -Oil
1tsp-mustard seeds

In a bowl mix curd ,onion ,chopped coriander, chilly ,pepper and salt. Now put tawa or frying pan on fire. Put oil on pan then add mustard seeds in it. Take a slice of bread and apply curd mixture on it. Then cover it with another slice. Put this sandwich on pan and fry both sides nicely. Serve hot with green chatni and sauce.

And enjoy healty sandwich with young generation. Something new for them everyday  in just 15 minutes.

Dish: Coconut Ladoo

Ingredients -3 cups grated coconut
                       1 cup sugar

Step -first mix sugar in grated coconut and leave it for 10 minutes.

Second: take one pan and pour this mixture in it. Kindle gas. Now stir it well till the water gets dried. When the beautiful aroma comes and the mixture becomes thick. Off the gas

Third: after its cooling make ladoos and enjoy! :)
